Thankful Challenge – Day 19

Today I am thankful for those who give their support to loved ones even they don’t fully understand it all.

I was so moved today reading words from friends who understood some of the struggles I have been going through. I wish I could share them but they are just so dear and personal. (((Lori))) I needed them so badly and I had no idea.

I also found myself tickled over my husband being creative in his support for my #NaNoWriMo writing.

Thanks to support….

Made it to 30,000 words tonight ‪#‎NaNoWriMo‬ and I ended up in tears for the situation my poor characters are in. I hate this story but I love that at least it isn’t as dull as I feared. Just 11 more days and hopefully 20,000 more words to make it up to these characters at least.

I have been dealing with chronic pain, home issues, holiday worries, work piled high, and trying to please everyone. I do so love to be helpful and live to please. I love when people are clear on their needs as it helps so much and it lets me know what I am doing is what they actually need. Still, I am not going to tell you I am not overwhelmed. Why is National Novel Writing Month in November again?

Of course technology issues are all the more maddening this month!

It didn’t even warn me! This is ‪#‎NaNoWriMo‬ time! Evil stinky beast program update from between king yetis hairy cold butt crack! Did I mention the heater to the main part of the house died today and it is 20 degrees tonight?

Who has time for that? My dear beloved blog needs updates for wordpress and plugins too but I am too scared to do them right now. At least it is not forced at this point. Too often with updates things go all crazy and I can’t afford my blog to go down or end up having to spend weeks on fixes again.

I also don’t have time to be sick!

Everything can fall apart though as long as I know I have support. I think everyone should have that feeling to be thankful for.

Bright side: The kids seem all better! Oh their dear hearts I am so thankful they are well!

I love that thought — all you need is support. So true. I need to remember to stay positive about my support

You are cranking that story out, aren’t you? I feel bad you cried for your characters, but yet in a way, that speaks a lot for your story! All the updates on the computer drive me batty too!
