New Game for Game Night – My Grocery List – Review

One word.
Fun.
Now on to the many words!  🙂
This game is called My Grocery List.
It is by  Marina Games and you can find out more about this company and games here if you like:
This fun little game is educational and for ages 3-7. Up to 5 people can play.
In this game you race to find all the things on your shopping list. The first to do so wins!
Retail is a very low: 7.99
The price is one of the things you should notice about this game. It is low. Being the holiday season and having 4 children in my house to shop for I know all too well the cost of games. I hunt sales but no sale as been as low as this for a game like this. Though if you found one, please let me know! 🙂
I was lucky enough to play this over and over with my 4 and 6 year old children. They both loved it, and they helped one another even. The game was more important than winning and I treasure any game that helps my competitive 6 year old gamer son to step away from just wanting to win. The first day we played I played 4 times before I needed to step away to take care of house work. The children asked to play alone and I agreed to let them as they where very respectful of the pieces (not always the case with some games and toys I assure you!) A little later I found them still playing, and they had replaced me with a stuffed animal. -What can I even say about that? LOL-
This game is fun. Being active with our children is not something “nice” to do. It is a must, so if you don’t already have traditions like game night, no time better to start than now!
Wishing you all happy play times and of course, Happy Holidays!
Disclosure: “My Grocery List” game was provided to me by Marina Games in exchange for a fair and honest review and this is just that.

This looks like such a cute and fun game! I might have to snag one for me and my son.
