WholesaleCostumeClub is a great store for many occasions, one that you might not even consider is educational projects. They have a vast variety of costumes and we got to pick out one that fit a theme my children have been enjoying, the world of Little House on the Prairie.

I find this costume to be perfect for this theme, it is not overly done, it is simple and looks true to the time period and is just so very sweet. I love how the arms puff up!
The very costume we picked was the
Female Kids Pilgrim/colonial
in Large.
We found it ran a bit small so my advice is to order up a size!
It is a good quality costume. No loose stitching. I did not feel like we needed to add anything to this outfit though my daughter thinks she would like to sew in a front pocket. The hat is just adorable!
Shipping was fast and customer service was helpful. I plan to order from them soon to go with a few more project themes we will be doing, including Egypt. Not to mention our Halloween needs come fall!

The Little House Books have brought a peace to my oldest childs being. She sees the reality and hardship of times past, she has an appreciation for the modern things she enjoys more now. She has also though found a love for old things, for old living. We took a trip to a children museum a bit ago with a pretend house from time time period in it and she spent a lot of time there with her siblings teaching them so much of what she had learned. I wish the museum would have had a costume like this. It had others, but this one is nicer! Maybe we will have to donate one!
