The Best 3 Family Orientated Films-2015-17

The latest family friendly films are great fun for both kids and adults to watch. They are a clever mix of subtle humor only adults understand, and plenty of things that kids love too. Right now, we’re going to look at the best 3 family oriented films released between 2015 and 2017.

Minions (2015)

If you have ever watched Despicable Me before then you will already be well acquainted with the minions. These are the lovable little yellow characters that everyone has been talking about. The Minions movie is set before the Despicable Me films. It tells the story of how they found masters and ends with them finding Gru. Minions has plenty of laughs and is good for kids and adults of all ages. The only irritating thing about this movie is that your whole family will probably say “Bello” for a very long time to come.

Moana (2016)

Moana is the latest Disney animated movie. It tells the story of a young teenager who sets sail to try and save her civilisation. There is plenty of action along the way, and being a Disney film there are also some very catchy musical numbers you can’t help but sing along to.

The Lego Batman Movie (2017)

The Lego Batman movie is a great family friendly film. Although it will be most popular with boys, it’s also a film that girls will enjoy watching. It’s a very funny film to watch. Even if you don’t like watching Batman, you will love watching this film. It’s the second Lego movie, hopefully with many more to come.

Some of these films are too new to be released on streaming services like NetFlix and NowTV, this means that you will need to rent or buy the films in order to watch them. There are plenty of other family films which can be watched for free using streaming services, including Tangled and Frozen.
