A simple and beautiful fall tree craft!

Items Needed:

Adorable children of course (in my case a 4 year old and 6 year old)
Chalk (I used scrap book chalk I had gotten a long long time ago)
Printed Tree
Sink near by to wash hands! (This is more important than you might think!)

How To:

Just ask your children to think of the colors of fall leaves they have seen and let them rub fingers into those one at a time and place finger print leaves on the tree and ground. I have found they like to make trees with many colors. I think though if I had printed more that they would have experimented a bit more. After they are done send them right to wash fingers as for some reason they want to taste the chalk. (4 year old after sticking her fingers in her mouth: Leaves taste yucky mommy!” You don’t say…. LOL)

Happy Thanksgiving! May your fall harvest be everything you wish it to be. Remember though, if your life is not what you wish it to be, make a change! Pumpkins do not tend to turn into cars for us, unless we grow a lot and sell them! 🙂 Make you fairy tales come true. It is harvest time, time to reap what we sow!
