See it. Stream it. Upgrade your own TV super easy!

Do you have a TV that doesn’t seem smart enough? Maybe it doesn’t have wi-fi at all even? The fix is super simple! Chromecast is here to help! It is a small device that connects to your TV and is designed to make the most of the apps and entertainment already on your phone, tablet, or computer. Shows, movies, live TV, YouTube, photos and more. It is super easy to set up and isn’t hard to master!

My not so little but very big geeky family has often wanted to get something or other from our phones or computers or tablets on to a big screen for all to see. Sometimes it has been videos we have personally made, other times it has been an online photo album, and other times it has simply been things like netflix! While one of our TVs is a smart TV build in, not all of the ones in the house are. Chromecast makes it super easy to upgrade your TV!

One of the things I love is the ability to take an youtube video that is trying to teach something and show the whole family. This is specially great for things like art with all the kids! It is harder to help all the kids learn to paint while watching a small laptop screen than if they can all see the big TV and not squish around a laptop (that is also in danger of getting painted or soaked with cups of water!)

The reasons to upgrade your TV are of course your own, but I don’t know anyone who has regretted it!

Start streaming with just your voice
Just say what you want to watch from compatible apps and control your TV hands-free, with Chromecast and Google Home working seamlessly together.²

Wouldn’t you just love to be in bed when your little one asks to watch My Little Pony but you don’t want to actually hunt down the remote before coffee? Just tell your Chromecast:

“Ok Google, play My Little Pony from Netflix on my living room TV.”
Yes, this is bliss and it is real! LOL

For the love of smart houses!

Of course these things are important to note:

– Subscriptions are required to view some content.
 – Google Home, Chromecast, and compatible content required to cast to a TV using Google Home.
 – Web-based services and content require high-speed Internet service. Some services may require a subscription.
