Sears Fails Again

   Sears has disappointed me again.

 I put in an order on Dec 4th. 4 of the 5 items got to my home in a week. The 5th however didn’t have a tracking number but it has said it shipped the same time as the others. I watched as the estimated shipping time went from 3-5 days to -2-0 days. As in, it was late. I tried three times to talk to live chat on their site to find out what was going on. Every response from every question took over 5 minutes. I waisted 2 hours trying to clear this up this week and it is still not fixed. What I learned is that my item was never shipped and they do not know what is going on. I asked for it to be canceled and refunded and was told they would transfer my issue to the right department and that department would contact me “soon”.   Right…..

    I am not sure I will ever shop there again. I do not love big box stores as is. I expected quality though and it is just a let down.
