The light is very bright, it has two filters depending on your needs. The whole unit is while and I think it is an elegant design. It is easy to use and such a simply solution to a problem that effected so many for so long. We all spend time sitting and enjoying some kind of quiet moment during the day, be it checking e-mail, reading a good book, having a meal, and that is a great time to use this HappyLight. The light bulb in this unit should last a long time an when it has to be replaced it is just $24.95 on their site.
