I wanted to try this supplement because I think Coenzyme Q10 is very interesting and might help with my health. Of course I am not any kind of health care professional and I am not giving anyone advice, just sharing my experience. There is some interesting research out there about Coenzyme Q10. It is in every cell of our bodies and helps with energy. It has been shown that those with cancer tend to have low Coenzyme Q10. I am not going to think without evidence that higher Coenzyme Q10 means one will not get cancer but I am not seeing any reason not to take this supplement, specially as with age it tends to get lower as well.

As someone with Fibromyalgia, and no for sure known causes (many studies showing different things still!) I try about everything I can to get my energy up so I can function like a normal human being! If over time this helps, I will be sure to let everyone know. It just has not been long enough yet. I am always careful before mentioning anything helps with Fibro because there are so many variables!

Sometimes when I want to take something there is no water on hand or I go through my bottle of water with just the first few things I need to take. I hate swallowing pills, this might be why I miss so many things I should take. With QSpeed CoQ10 I don’t need water and I don’t need to swallow a pill. The tablet dissolves very quickly in my mouth and the orange taste is nice. I wait for the bitter after taste that one can get with other things but with these it doesn’t come! So easy to take! If your Doctor says you should try CoQ10, you might want to consider this brand!
