So can an out of shape mother with fibro and other health issues use these bands. YES! The first issue I came across was not knowing what to do with the bands, no issues with them at all, but rather my own lack of knowledge about how to use them. A google search got me started on the right path. The light band (it is blue) was strong but not very hard, so I did a set of 10 and then a different set of 10 and then the first again. You get the idea. So this brings me to my second problem. What seemed easy quickly proved to me what a work out these bands really are! Not long after the first and many subsequent workouts I was very soar. I kept over doing it! So my advice is, if your like me, go slow!
I love that these bands travel so well, that I can use them to help me with yoga and stretching. I love that the harder ones are even perfect for my husband who is in military shape! Worth every penny!
My only wish was that the company have videos up on how best to use these!

I can’t see ever breaking these and if I do I know there is a life time guarantee on them. I think I will be using them to help me with yoga for a long time as I need the help, specially with Fibromyalgia. Parts of my body are just in too much pain to move as they should but I can’t let that stop me from trying what ever I can to improve my health. It feels so good to have the resistance some days and not have to work out till I drop! Don’t get me wrong, I like the bowflex my husband has and I do use it but the bowflex doesn’t help me flex the way I need to.
