I have been using this probiotic for the last few weeks. 2 times a say with meals. I liked that these did not upset my stomach and I do hope they helped add good bacteria to my gut flora. I tend to be someone that takes probiotics as I find them helpful in health issues with my fibro, digestion, issues. I have been using other products for weight loss and have lost a few pounds though I can’t attribute that to this product alone just yet. I will know more over the next few weeks when I go back to my normal probiotic.  I like that this bottle gives me a 2 month supply and the price for that isn’t too high considering the quality.

I didn’t like though that these have to be kept refrigerated once opened. I also prefer a smaller size probiotic.
