I had seen this idea a bit ago, though I can not find where now. Please if you know, remind me ok! My tween and I made these this afternoon. It was harder than she expected and broke one myself actually. She however broke about 20 so have extras on hand! Very cheap and very cute!
Simply put, coffee filters folded and cut to make little webs and hand strung and hung. It is so cute and goes well with the paper chain my toddler put together.
Now to change out the green candle holders already. LOL
