Are you a Mom with anxiety too?

Anxiety is sadly more common than many know and isn’t something to be ashamed of though many are. So here I am saying I am an imperfect mother who has Anxiety! This was so clear to me and many who know me over the past month when I was struck hard with panic attacks. I didn’t think that is what they where at first as they lasted days, but that can happen. It was hard to concentrate, things felt dream like, though bad dreams, I thought everything bad that could go wrong would, the hot/cold flashes sucked. I hadn’t realized how bad I was feeling till finally one morning I woke up feeling like myself again. It was like the weight was gone, I could breath again, eat again, and think again! Moving can be really stressful! Some how during the panic attacks I had while house hunting I managed to lose my Kindle Fire HDX. I had just gotten it over the holidays, more suck, more stress. We called around to see if I had left it at the hotel or in one of the dozen houses we saw but it was not found. I feel so foolish, but thankfully my husband is very sweet about it and thinks I should get another one. I think there are now a billion other things we need to afford first because of the move!

What ever your reason for anxiety I have to say it is worth looking into medically. There are some great crunchy options out there if you check with your Chiropractor or naturopathic Doctor. (Lucky you if you have one!) Or you can do what I have been faced with doing and going to see a common Doctor and going glassy eyed when he talked about medication options. Goodness the things we do to be our best for those we love! Remember, when we suffer, they do too!
