My oldest daughter is very smart and very very silly. If you can’t already see the silly from the above photo.
While many things have been going on here I wanted to take a moment and post this photo of my lovely daughter and all her taped up glory.
Did you notice the black electrical tape on many parts of her body by chance? Why one wonders would anyone do such a silly thing? It started out with her complaining about bug bites, they seem to specially love her this year and me mentioning at the time I was in the middle of something and asking her to go look up what she might do. I expected her to come back with an idea or two. I did not expect her to show up all taped up. Seems Dr said that tape might help with the itching feeling and stinging. So she did, and since then, weeks ago, she does this often. I can’t tell her no as my parenting plan is to say no only with good reason and she swears it works. I have no parenting plan though that says I can not giggle about it every time she does it! Goodness I love her so much.
So do you think you might try some tape next time you have a bug bite? Have a good reason for me to tell her not to do it anymore? Let me know! 🙂
