This is the question my teenage now asks every time she shows off her vamplet to anyone who has not yet seen him. Meet Hector!
Hector is a little Vampire Bat Baby that my 13 year old has been brave enough and kind enough to adopt. He came with a little bottle of blood to eat along with a long warning list of things to be on the look out for. Right now my daughter is looking for a cage to keep him in as it seems he is a master escape artist we are told.
This adorable little stuffed animals is just so different and I knew at once that it would appeal to my daughter that has a style all her own and a sense of humor to match. Because of the nature of these cute little things, it is my opinion that most of us have people in our lives, the odd special ones of course, who need little pets like these to love.

Last year my oldest dear daughter did a project on Tigers and learned about the many dangers they are facing. She became interesting in conservation action that can be taken to help them. I think cats might be her next project like that one and it is all thanks to Hector! Crunchy Parenting goes hand in hand with protecting our planet and the animals on it. For this reason and many others I have a feeling we will be bringing home more items from this company in support of the work they are doing in this area.
Here my dear daughter is off to a church youth group with her beloved messy hair, vintage back pack, and Hector along for the ride. From what she says, people there loved him too and she has a great friend who now wants a Werewolf Baby and who can blame her? That one is cute too!
