I loved science as a kid and I get a kick out of doing science with my kids! It’s really exciting to watch them discover new things!

This is an awesome giveaway! I just read your review of this the other day and thought it would be a fun way to teach science.

  3. Cheryl

I was never encouraged to follow my interests in science as a kid, but I love teaching it to my boys now!

As a kid I really enjoyed science, until it came to Biology in high school. I’ve never been good with blood and gore… I love learning about animals, classes, species, how the moon affects so much, and so much more. Earth Science was always my favorite subject.

  7. Angel Wisper

Wonderful idea to have a homeschooling science give away! Thanks for sharing.

  8. Looks very interesting. Does it ever feel like it is too much to do?

    • Kimberly Storms

I think that is one the things I really enjoy about the curriculum, while it covers so much, it isn’t too much. I have had curriculum that felt like too much to do, spell to writire to read comes to mind. This curriculum is nothing like that!

  9. Sherry

I always loved science as a kid and teaching it has been fun. I am getting to discover and remember a lot of things!!!!

  10. Wendy

Loved science as a kid. Especially the hands on part. I like teaching science now but have to make myself do the hands on part because of mess involved:)

  11. deb

I loved science as a kid. Before I became a mother I was a middle school science teacher. Love it!

  12. Christine

I loved life science as a child, but some science topics were hard to understand. Trying to teach my children science is much easier with hands on activities. It makes more sense to both us.

I really enjoyed science as a kid, and am having fun teaching it now. My kiddos love nature study so we’ve done a lot of that, but we’ve started doing more experiments recently. This looks like a great curriculum!

  14. Dianne

I loved science as a kid. I can’t wait to start sharing the fun of learning science with my 3 year old.

  15. T Smith

I really liked the hands on science things I got to do as a public school student. One of my favorite things about homeschooling my children is making hands on the normal mode of learning. This curriculum looks fun and easy. With four official homeschoolers and three under five, the more fun and easy that gets the job done I find, the better!!

  16. Jen

I struggled with Science as a kid, but I never had anyone at home to encourage me! My kids love science, (my 6 year old wants to be a scientist) and I try to do my best to teach them.

  17. Judith

We are just finishing up the Earth and Space REAL Science Odyssey curriculum and are looking forward to next year’s!

  18. Laura

I don’t remember much about science learning as a little kid. More memories around the middle/high-school level and they are mostly about learning to get the answers right. I’m hoping that keeping science hands-on will keep my budding paleontologist/meteorologist will continue to love science.

  19. T

I loved science as a child and want to instill that love into my children.

  20. Kam

  24. Anne

I was always a big fan of science and was in the gifted and talented science program when I was in school. I look forward to creating that same excitement with my kids! I think this program would be a great fit for us!

  25. Laura

I loved biological science as a child. The only science I failed at miserably was chemistry…. my teacher was nice enough to float me since I failed the safety test 6 times O.O I didn’t appreciate physics till college. I hope starting early and not dumbing down the basics will help my children be life long lovers of science.
