Another Vacation Update!

Vacation Update!

I had a wonderful time yesterday! Woke up to my husband giving me roses and chocolate, and then got to take my Meme who is 95 to get her hair done. I had a foot of hair cut from my dear little head too. It is still long like Meme likes it. Her hair got a trim and was colored to near match mine. My mum went too and her hair was done as well. We three girls had some time away together and I really enjoyed it. I wanted to share a bad phone camera photo with you all. That above is me! All 32 years can been seen in the grey on my head and 6 births can be seen by the fluff on my bones and in my smile! (Lets not talk about stretch marks! hehehe)
My husband took me on a date that night too! We found a little cinema pub where you sit at tables and have dinner while watching a movie. It was fab!
Today was a beach day down at Colt state park. We went late in the day and found great parking and a nice spot in the sand. The only thing I wish I would have done was to make sure we all had water shoes. Walking on the shells there was killer on the feet. The bottom of the beach there is rocky as well. Water was warm and no sharks so in my mind it was perfect enough! The kids had a blast and played at the play ground after.

Fibromyalgia And the Ocean

To my amazement the normal pains I have and the flare up points from the long trip where effected by the ocean. They near went away. I had not really noticed it till I went to stand up from sitting in a chair and braced myself for the pain that near always comes, sometimes worse than others but bad as of late. It didn’t come. No pain. I stood up like a normal girl my age and didn’t cry out in pain or tear up. I was amazed. I was even more amazed to have the same thing happen over and over the rest of the day. Slowly pain has crept back up into my upper back and shoulders but lower pain areas are still great! I swam a lot today, back floated a lot too. If you have been putting off going to the beach, please go! Who knows what good it could do you, even if you have no pain condition.

 Back to normal soon!

Tomorrow I head back home. It is a sad thing to think about on many levels for many reasons. One being that my 4 children will be staying here with grandparents for the next 2 weeks with me. It is important for them all to have time together but goodness I will miss them.
The bright side though is that I can focus on my readers here and my home and time with my husband! I have some great things planned for you all! A slipper giveaway, some software, a salt lamp, more Earths Best, and so much more! I will also be giving my childrens bedroom a little make over and will be posting updates of it step by step, this too will include a giveaway you will not want to miss!
I hope you are enjoying your summer as well. If not, change something! I know sometimes there is only so much you can do but in those dark times when one feels like they have no options is when they need to ask others for help as the rest of us can see those options for you, then you just have to trust us and jump in and past the dark parts. Your life is your own, please do own it!

Sounds like you’re having a great time. How nice of you husband to give you flowers and chocolates first thing in the morning! Can’t wait to see your projects.
