What to make Dad for Fathers Day

This happy little blog would like to wish you all a Happy Fathers Day!
If your worried about how little time there is left till Fathers Day because you have not yet made anything how about making a banner for him? If you do not have large paper then tape normal printer paper together and get the kids busy on making him a large “We Love You” note he will not soon forget!
The one above was something I had made for the Daddy in our home. Putting in on the old van in our drive away so he would see it when he got home was part of the fun as he is so very modest. Seeing him blush is fantastic I must say! The kids loved seeing a cartoon representative of themselves on the banner too! They hand made me a wonderful banner for mothers day so that is what gave me the thought for this one.
Another really fast and fun thing you can do are these:
They are a biography of sorts write by the kids about Dad. The fun is in not telling them the answers but having them come up with something. I had little ones thinking Dad is 12 feet tall. hehehehe I helped the younger children write their out and on the babies I did write the actual facts as I know them so there would be a good recording of things mixed in with the other ones. They are just adorable.
Out of all the things that are going to be given to Daddy here I just know the above biography pages will be most loved as they are the words of our children and clearly show their love of him. You can find these and print them out from creativehomemakers The site she uses is a bit tricky and if you need help navigating it let me know!
