I was happy to be picked to review this product for my readers and of course my waist line thankful too!
At first I almost passed this up as my New Years resolution this year was to NOT diet but rather work on other parts of my health and life. So far so good. One of the great things about this product is that it does not require dieting, though it makes it clear that it helps but is not necessary!

This is a very simple system, you put a small amount of cream on, put the fabric tummy tuck belt on, do two minutes of tummy exercises, and then spend at least 8 more minutes doing what ever you wish in it. You do this twice a day!
I tried this product this past month and all told I lost 2 inches! This might not seem like much but I have to be honest, there was a week that I only did this once a day, there was another week when my daughter broke her foot and needed surgery that I didn’t hardly touch it. Remember I did no dieting, no working out (mostly due to my Firbomyalgia pain condition) and still I lose inches!
Let me tell you a bit more about my experience with this product, if only I had photos you would laughing very hard at me I swear it. When I first got the box I was so excited to use it I didn’t even bother with the video. It is a simple system right? I taped myself and wrote down the measurement and then put the cream on my tummy, and then took the fabric tummy belt out. I first tried to pull it up over my jeans, this was impossible! It was so so small. So I took off my pants, and tried again, it was so hard and the belt was so small I thought for sure I had either ordered the wrong size of they had sent the wrong size! Sweating from the effort to get this thing on I sat on my bed to read the box, sure enough I ordered the right size and they sent the right size as far as their measurements go. But how oh how was it supposed to fit. I thought for sure the way one lost weight with this was the work out to simply get it on! Next I tried taking off my shirt to try to put it on, I near took off a breast doing so, that didn’t work and you should have seen me hopping around my room trying to get it off! It was hysterical and thankfully I kept my sense of humor. I mention all this because I want you to have a heads up at what you might be dealing with if your not a tiny girl! Finally I figured out that if I bunch it together like a ring with some effort I could get the band up and over my butt and hips and then spread the fabric belt out over my tummy and up under my breasts. I then had to do a dance to get the back of the belt up high enough on my back. I joked that it needed strings to help me get it into place.
The first few days of getting this belt on was not easy, but by the 4th day I felt like I was mastering it, or it was stretching to fit me. Lets go with me mastering it though, it does my poor ego good! And so went the rest of the month. Do read the guide, do watch the video, after watching the video just a few times you don’t really need it anymore though I find it helps make the 2 minutes pass by more quickly. It is very helpful. Wish they would have had a model that was more like me, out of shape! I guess though the model they did use does inspire one to try harder to be our most perfect selves.
So at the end of the month I am not in perfect shape, I still have a tummy, and I still have a long ways to go. I am going to keep using this product though, slow and steady. I can’t tell you all the reasons it works. I can’t even say that I ever felt the cream activate or even tingle. I know though that it helps me be mindful, helps me focus on myself a few minutes a day, and I take the time with the belt on to focus on my breathing and on my health and trying to let stress go.
