TSA — Another Attack on Motherhood

While in the past the TSA has forced mothers to dump breast milk before flying this time they forced one to fill up empty bottles or leave them behind, MSN reported.
The TSA though in all honesty is not just attacking motherhood, they have taken apart wheel chairs and baby diapers and felt up old women to say the least.
Amy Strand, a mother of 4 was flying home to Maui when she was told she could not fly with empty breast milk bottles, she could fill them or leave them. Breast pumps as many of you probably know are not cheap and being a vice principle Amy Strand very much needed hers. She asked where she could pump and was taken to a bathroom with an outlet by the sinks. There she stood at people came and went pumping so she could make her flight home and not have to leave part of her $200 breast pump behind. Humiliation I am betting is an understatement.
The TSA apologized once it was made public and their own rules sited stating that breast milk, empty bottles, and cold packs are all allowed. An apology however is not good enough in my opinion. Can these people even be sued? Something needs to be done as this is not ok.

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

This is just the opinion of one military wife though that too well knows the costs of safety and I could always be wrong.
Do you think what the TSA has done to people is worth it?
