As a homeschool mother with toddlers I am always on the look out for fun things the little ones can do to keep busy giving me time to get homeschooling done. One of the new fun things my 3.5 year old son has been doing is grinding up egg shells. Why you ask?
1/2 cup egg shells (Remove membrane from shells first)
1 cup flour
and add enough water to shape it.
Add food coloring if desired.
Then wrap in plastic
Not only does grinding the shells keep him happy and busy but the outside chalk he is making should as well!
