As part of our “New Book Each Day of December” tradition with the kids we got to read this adorable little board book that the baby specially loves.

With so many little princesses in our home, who all have their own interests and preferences, we know very well that not all princesses always want fancy dresses and shoes. Some want messy paint, to play with sticks and mud and trucks, and build epic things with Legos.

Sometimes though, they want to be a princesses.

Today I’ll Be a Princess

This little sparkly book has 12 board book pages of all things princess and adorable. It is written for children that are 3-5 but trust me, kids older and younger will enjoy this short little book too. If you are short on time for bedtime, grab this one to send your princess or prince off to sleep of all things sparkly and muddy.

This book takes you on a princess adventure, the typical lovely pinks and sparkles, and then at the end, a little girl out on nature because her Mom said princesses don’t play in the mud. We know that isn’t true, we have had to dry clean the dresses because of it even!

It is cute book your little princess we think will like too!
