Summer time is a time when a lot of us think about getting a vacation well earned. What though about sleep well deserved and so very needed for our health and well being? You deserve good sleep, it is that simple. Invest in good sleep!

Sleeping tips:
- Sleep COLD turn that AC down if you can!
- Sleep Dark! Make sure screens and all things that blink and beep are dark. (Turn alarm clocks to face the wall!)
- Don’t watch a screen right before bed!
- Be sure to get at least 15 minutes of sun a day.
- Keep to your sleep scheduled. Even if you go to bed late, wake up on time anyway.
- Get a work out in. Even if before bed, the myth that you will sleep badly isn’t true!
- Have a bath or shower before bed to clean your body and clear you mind.

I just noticed they have TENCEL COOLING COVER. That is pretty cool because most of the reviews on those kind of mattresses make you very hot.
