The Pawalla Box — Review and Giveaway

 A Monthly Box For Pets!

One of the big trends this past year has been monthly boxes mailed to     people for many different reasons. Clothing, ties, accessories, games, toys, shoes, food, and so many more. It should not have been a surprise to me to learn about pet boxes and it was a very nice surprise! Pawalla was sweet enough to send my pups a box made just for them so I could share my thoughts on it with you. I have to say, I love this box and what a great idea!

    For Cats and Dogs!

While these boxes come for cats or dogs, I am going to focus on the dog ones as that is the one received and have experience with. I am betting the cat boxes are just as great!

Pawalla

What comes in a Pawalla box?

In our box we had 2 cans of wet food! Each month a nutritionist will pick 2 or 3 kinds out depending on the dogs size and age to include in the box. The food sent is top-quality and all natural. This allows dogs to try different foods and flavors without the owner having to commit a lot of money on changing to a new food they are not sure their dog would like.

In our box we received two different kinds of dog treats. Stella & Chewy’s All Natural Chicken Treats and then an Organic Treat from Wagathas. Each month one can expect 2-3 full sized treat packages to delight their doggy. This company strives to share only the best products with the best ingredients.

In this box we also found Petchup, a supplement to add omega’s and other healthy things to pets diets. Each monthly box will include 1 or 2 different supplements to help keep pets healthy.

As an accessory they included pop baggies. These are always needed! Every month you can expect 1 to 3 accessory items in your pets box.

Lastly A Toy! We received a cute little blue rubber toy that squeaks, arguably the best part of it our dogs think! While the photo of our new puppy does not show it, both dogs really do like this toy.

 Spoil Your Pet!

If there is one thing people like to do, it is spoil their pets. Pets are not fruit of course, spoil is not a great word I suppose. People like to enrich the lives of our pets? Yes, that is a much better fit. I love the idea of an enrichment box coming every month for my pets, and why not, I have boxes come for the kids for the same purpose! (They are not fruit either, so I will not say I spoil them!)

It is simple to order!

  • Pick out your subscription
  • Fill in a few details about your dog (or cat)
  • Enjoy the boxes that come each month with your pet!

  1. This is such a great idea. Pets are part of a family and they need their own box too. I love the petchup so cute.

  2. Ahhhh yes, the “boxes” LOL I currently get CraveBox and NatureBox… and one other one that is fashion stuff (the name is escaping me) I must now go get my Furbabies a box LOL Its like Christmas all the time around here. I LOVE all the boxes of goodies! (and omgosh your pom is precious!!)

I have 2 dogs, 4 cats and sugar gliders. They are all rescues and all indoors only. They are all very, very spoiled. Sushi is a 13 year old peekipoo and Toby is a 2 year old shihtzu. Two of my cats are 11 years old and two are 2 years old. They love any and all kinds of toys and treats. The sugar gliders are Opi and Gia and they are 2 years old. They love their coconut swing and running wheel.

  4. Kari Ayers

I have a 4 month old yellow lab pup named Oakley! She is a very spoiled girl already! She is so smart and has picked up quite a few “tricks” already! She knows sit, lay, stay, come, high five, play dead, and is working on loose leash heeling! She isn’t picky at all when it comes to edible treats/chews! Nothing edible lasts long around her. Plastic “non-edible” toys is another story. I’m having a hard time finding toys she is interested in if they don’t contain food!(Food driven lab, who would have guessed?? haha)

  5. Anna

This would be cool for some friends of mine.

  6. Nikki

Ginny is our 9 year old lab mix. We adopted her when she was 6 weeks old. She has been my best friend through many hard times while my husband was in the military. We bought her a stuffed pink pig from PetSmart the day we adopted her. It is her favorite toy and carries it to bed with her most nights. I keep spares stashed away in case something happens to it.

I have eight dogs, three of them are rescues….all little dogs except the token big dog who is a pit bull I rescued when he was just a puppy. I found blue when he was 12-14 weeks old. He was emaciated, smelled like something dead, was eating garbage out of a garbage can and was suffering from several broken ribs and internal bleeding. The vet did not expect him to survive and simply told me we would do what we could but that he might not make it….lots of love and care and he is now 3 1/2 years old and a big happy healthy boy. He survived against the odds and is now protector of all my little dogs and his best friend is a 9 lb chihuhua that I also rescued. The chi was rescued from the local pound where they were going to euthanize him due to him being emaciated and suffering from advanced pneumonia which resulted from long untreated kennel cough. I love all my dogs like kids and would love to win tis box for them to try out. They all really enjoy trying new things and pawalla contains such a nice variety of items that there would be something for all eight of my fur kids in a pawalla box. Thank you

I forgot a couple things in my post….my dogs range in age from 1 year old up to my oldest sheltie who is 12. My dogs love all treats and toys but stuffed toys are their favorite. The shelties also love all vegetables that they are allowed to have and all the dogs absolutely adore peanut butter! Thank you for the opportunity to win this great box of goodies for my fur kids.

We have a 10 year old rescue dog.

  10. Kelly Ann T.

Kouga is a rescue dog, about 6 years old, and an Alaskan Malamute mix.
Artie is a rescue dog that we adopted in April. He is a golden retriever mix that is about 2 years old.

  11. Sheila K.

My kitty is very serious—the only time he’ll play is when there is catnip involved!

    • LittleCrunchy

I am sure you love her all the more for it though!

  12. Celeste

I have a 6 year old chocolate lab, Nora. She was a rescue pup who we just adore! She loves playing with frisbees!

  13. Michael Mask

I have a 9 week old Bernese Mountain Dog named Baloo, I know he would love this!

  14. Nicole

Our dog Blue is 8. She is a rescue dog who we inherited from our parents. Blue came to live with us after our rescue dog Olive died from cancer to be a companion for our dog Madeline who had separation anxiety. Sadly, Madeline had a stroke this past summer, so now Blue is an only dog. We’ve started to spoil her crazy rotten. We’ve always gone above and beyond for our dogs, but now I love the idea of these subscription boxes and Blue likes them too! Your review on the Pawalla Box convinced me that this is the next box we’re going to try. Thanks 🙂

  15. I have an 11 year old doxie named Aidan. He’s such an amazing and sweet little guy!

  16. Rachel Martin

I have two big hound dogs, Finch and Otter. Our rescues from ADL in San Antonio, TX. They’re the biggest babies ever. They have their own couch and prefer to sleep 18 hours a day. (:

  17. Женя Ш.

What an awesome box! We spoil our 4 y.o. black cat Blacky, whom we took in with his mom and 4 sisters to foster when they were just 2 weeks old. Mom and sister (that were tabbies and torties) got all adopted, but no one wanted to adopt a black cat. We are so lucky that he stayed with us. He has such an amazing personality: the friendliest and most affectionate cat I’ve ever known. Pawalla box would be such a treat for him!
