Playing outside in the warm air, feeling sweat prickle the back of my sun beaten neck I find myself in bliss as I play with bubbles with my children. Being outside is always a reminder to me about how health, the vitamins from the sun, the cleansing air, and youth found in movement.
I will not say that I normally enjoy working out, I don’t. I am rather a tree hugging geek goddess type. I do so love being active with my family and I do try to make the best choices I can for us.

They have unsweetened teas with no calories, half and half teas with 50 calories and 12 grams of pure cane sugar and a touch of stevia. They have low calorie teas with 40 calories, and their natural sweet teas with 70 calories. Calories aside though, the purity of the teas is the important part if your a tree hugging geek goddess who loves teas right? I have to say I trust this brand!
