Waterpoof Crib Mattress 

We recently were given a crib mattress and it already had a crib mattress on it. The mattress protector felt and sounded like plastic and the fabric on it was very pilly. It had done it jobs well but I was excited to get a new one on it. I love this water proof mattress cover, it is so soft right out of the package, it doesn’t feel, or smell, or sound like plastic and it was so easy to put on the mattress. It has mesh sides that stretch perfectly around the crib mattress. It washed up great and shows no sign of wear yet. I love that it doesn’t make a plastic sound so it shouldn’t wake or startle the baby when putting her down and picking her up or when she is active at night. Her crib is in our very large room and I just know as she gets bigger she will love playing in and kicking and the plastic sound really bothers me so it is such a great thing that this product doesn’t have that sound! One doesn’t want to use a product that can annoy a sleep deprived Mommy with sensory issues! I am going to attach a photo to show the quilted quality of this crib cover and how well it fits. It is just so soft!

One of the other important things to me when looking for mattress protectors be it for my new baby or my children is that it is BPA free and Lead free. So many things are made in countries that don’t have the best child safety regulations for products. I like seeing when a company actually cares and bothers to share this information. It help me make choices when shopping. Love My Crib seems to really get it.

This product is also said to be dust mite resistant, I can’t speak to just how it manages this as I have never researched it before. I know that has to be great for those trying to make sure allergies are not an issue in the home. I need to research this more!

I am excited to see just how odor and stain resistant this crib protector actually is! So easy to wash so I am not at all worried!
