So I started to take this supplement, at meals, with a lot of water. I get heartburn and worried this might make it worse. It didn’t though! Actually I never even tasted it except once when I was laying down too soon after taking it I think. It wasn’t horrible! The pills are easy to swallow an I am not seeing any negative side effects. I have only been taking it a week though so I can’t say if it is helping the fibro, or the inflammation. I will have to keep taking it and see what the blood work looks like next! I will be sure to report on it though one way or another! For now, one thing is for sure I think, spicy foods are great for health and as I do not like them, I am happy to take this pill!
