When I was offered a chance to review Pure Raspberry Ketones I thought, what could I lose? See I have fibromyalgia and it makes it very hard to move most days, some days it is near impossible. Like many others with this condition the weight just piles on, partly due to medications used to manage the condition and partly because it hurts to move and a sedentary life for many of us sets in. They are actually natural, not synthetic, they have no added fillers, no additives, are vegetarian, and formulated using all available data. They say it is recommended by famous TV Doctors but we know how much that really means right?

So to start, the bottle says to take 1 tablet twice a day 30 minutes before meals. This can at times be challenging I found. Meals as a busy mom are a bit chaotic with 4 kids. It doesn’t take long though to create a habit out of it. The idea is that the Pure Raspberry Ketones are an appetite suppressant. Taking one before meals it should help you not ever eat. I can say that for me, it does just that. The pills are bit larger than normal pills I think. They have a distinct raspberry scent that can’t be missed. I also find that I am positive I took the pill hours later as I can still some how taste the pill for a long while later. At least I don’t forget I already took one? Does it work for everyone? I don’t think anything really does. For me though, I lost 6lbs this week! SIX. That seems amazing to me! It could be just week one of paying more attention to what I eat. Time shall tell?
