Advanced Probiotic by Number One Nutrition is the newest probiotic supplement I have been taking. The reasons I take them are many. For me I believe it helps with my digestion. I have a very sensitive stomach and probiotics are said to make enzymes that help break down food and absorb nutrients. As my health isn’t amazing I think I can use all the help I can get. If your interested in gut health too I highly suggest looking up the newest research on the “second brain” said to be in the gut! I wonder how good and bad bacteria interact with the second brain! For me I really believe that probiotics helps with bloat and heart burn and other unpleasant things I rather not put in black and white. My dear readers have told me that sometimes I am too honest and can spoil a nice cup of tea or coffee for them so I am trying to be mindful. Still love me?
I have taken many kinds of probiotics and this one like others recommends for maximium shelf life to refrigerate. The instructions say to take 2 a day with a meal. I tried them in the morning and at night and didn’t see a difference in performance or any side effects. The veggie capsules are standard size in my estimation though for me personally I like them to be smaller. In this case though with them being an advanced probiotic smaller wouldn’t make much sense for how many cultures are in this serving size!
