Holiday Wordless Wednesday

• 10 Candy Canes 
• 10 Peppermint Mints
• Hot Glue
• Ribbon
• Kids

I helped my 5 and 7 year old children create the above wreath, they unwrapped the candy and matched up the candy canes to make hearts. I hot glued them together. The kids then pulled off all the glue webs I made and then tied on the ribbon so we could hang this cute candy cane star.

You could keep them wrapped but I am not sure how nice they will look. This way when the screen door is opened, your welcomed with the scent of mint. I am not sure how this will hold up long term but they are simply enough to make every year.
