One of the things so many of us love about the back-to-school and back-to-homeschooling time is the new start, a clean slate! One of the many things parents and students find themselves doing during this time is organizing, making new habits, and making their spaces work for them better. It is a great time to focus on the importance of sleep too. One of the things I do is make sure all the air purifiers in the house have clean filter as clean air means better sleep, better sleep means sharper little minds. I make sure the house is cool enough at night to help kids sleep too. Bedding is also important, not just to kids but adults too. Back-To-School is a great time to get new sheets. Often you can find sales even as companies market to new college students who are trying to set up shop in dorm rooms and away from home for the first time. Those kids need everything from new sheets to forks!

I was given the chance to review these sheets as a gift: Grey Charcoal (Gray) Hotel Luxury 4-Piece Bed Set, Extra Deep Pocket Special Super Fit Fitted Sheet, Best Quality Microfiber Linen Soft & Durable Design. You see, like a few of my darling children, I have a few sensory issues. Or rather like me, my kids have a few sensory issues. One of them for me is what textures touch my skin. An example is the texture of crumbs…. -shiver- You think people jump out of bed or off a sofa fast when they see a spider, that is how I am with crumbs. To say I am picky over bedding is an understatement. I can’t say the idea of “microfiber” appealed to me at first. I thought these sheets would end up with my far less picky teenager on her bed. However I learned something quickly, I love these sheets. They are so smooth and soft and do not catch on skin. They are not on the “warm” side either and do not make you sweat at night. They are all I could want in sheets actually! The color is very true to the image as well, a dark earthtone gray. They are extra deep and they do on easily enough! These are fantastic sheets! These would make a great gift too! Specially to get the person that has everything. They might not know they need new sheets till they sleep on these and then they will be very thankful I think!
