The Joy of Love – 04 What They Wear
This is something my love wears, a tattoo on his ring finger, my name. He got this done 4 years ago on leave from his second time in Iraq. It had been bothering him that he could not have his wedding ring on while in the field, they are a danger. This was his solution and at the time the military had lifted the ban on tattoos on below the cuff. He got permission for it then as well. The ban was put back a while after but it has never been an issue thankfully. I mention this as I don’t want anyone in the military to not ask first! My husband loves it and I am thinking I need to do the same as I am not the kind of girl that wears my ring or anything else I might lose!
