All things in their own time!
My children are always reminding me of this and it is a lesson I am not quick to learn. Near every day I steal time away to try and help Smilie baby do one simple thing, Sit Up! She does so now for very short amounts of time and this helps my Mommy heart a bit but still that nagging feeling that tells me she should not be behind. Infact she isn’t behind, it just feels that way as my other children where doing much more by this age and other babies in her Due Date Group are doing things like standing and taking steps at 8-9 months old.
However this chart helps me see she has a bit more time to master this before I get her to the Dr and worry any!

I think she simply knows that on the floor she can roll and get to what ever she wants and it is not that easy when sitting up!
