I love wooden toys, they last longer and tend to be safer. We picked this toy, not as green a toy as I wanted as we made a rare trip to a big box store to get it, Target. It is however for us a toy well worth the trip. Months later it is still a toy much loved and in perfect shape. Our 1 year old loves to pull herself up with it and play standing, our 3.5 and 5.5 year olds play with it as well and even our 11 year old can be found helping them play. Bright colors and solid construction.
